Add flavour and excitement to your weeknight feast with this delicious honey and mustard chicken dish. Made using our Filligans Wholegrain Mustard, serve it up with rice or new potatoes.
1 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
8 Chicken Thighs
4 tbsp Filligans Wholegrain Mustard
4 tbsp Honey
Preheat your oven to Fan 170C/ 190C/Gas 5.
In an oven proof dish, heat oil. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Place the thighs into the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Mix Filligans Wholegrain Mustard with the honey.
Brush the chicken with the honey and mustard. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes and the chicken is nice and golden on top.
Serve immediately with side of your choice, we recommend rice or new potatoes and vegetables.
